COVID-19 Safety Notice

Vaccination Requirements for Spring 2022 (Vaccination is not required starting from Summer 2022)

Students who enrolled in an in-person class this spring can choose to attend classes in person at Fremont Stevenson center when meeting one of the following requirements. We will check the student's body temperature when they come to the center. Students may also continue in online classes with the same class schedule.

  1. Fully vaccinated (See Verify Vaccination below)

  2. Proof of positive COVID-19 test result in 2022 and a letter from a healthcare provider stating the student has recovered.

Unvaccinated students may continue to attend online classes with Google Meet in spring.

Verify Vaccination

Before attending the first in-person class, we will verify your child's COVID-19 Digital Vaccine Record issued by the State of California at myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov showing 2 doses of vaccination. Please show us the digital vaccine record QR Code for your child at the front desk before entering the classroom at the 1st in-person class. Please note that we will NOT accept the CDC vaccination card because there are fake cards available. Students who cannot provide the digital vaccine record QR code can attend the online class. If we anticipate another COVID-19 surge is coming, students are required to have a booster vaccine (if eligible) in order to continue the class in person. Vaccination is not required starting from summer 2022.

Face Mask Requirements

  • Anyone aged 2 or above (including parents and siblings) must wear a face mask covering both their mouth and nose when staying in the indoor area.

  • Students not wearing a face mask will not be allowed to attend the in-person class.

  • Students who do not cover both their mouth and nose properly with a face mask during the in-person class will be transferred to an online class.

  • No neck gaiters, bandanas, or masks with exhaust valves
